I’m someone who believes that technology should work for people — not the other way around.

With years of experience leading businesses of all shapes and sizes, from ambitious start-ups to established FTSE100 giants, I’ve seen first hand how complicated technology and big change can feel. My job is to make it simple.

I’ve spent my career bringing clarity to complexity. Steering mergers and acquisitions, shaping strategy, modernising global operations, and helping companies move to cost effective, cloud based services that actually make life easier, not harder.

But what really drives me isn’t just the tech or the transformation, it’s the people. I’m passionate about creating superb customer, and employee experiences, where good ideas flourish and teams feel excited about the future. I believe that when people understand the tools they’re using, they feel empowered, confident and ready to do their best work.
